PhreeqcLoadDB[link,file]
sets a new database for certain IPhreeqc link object.

PhreeqcLoadDB[file]
set a new database for the default IPhreeeqc link object.

PHREEQC is a computer program for speciation, batch-reaction, one-dimensional transport and inverse geochemical calculations which is being developed at the USGS: https://wwwbrr.cr.usgs.gov/projects/GWC_coupled/phreeqc/
PhreeqcLoadDB loads a database file which is used when scripts are called later on using PhreeqcRunString and PhreeqcRunFile.
PhreeqcLoadDB returns 0 if the database was successfully loaded.
