evaluates a PHREEQC script from a file using the specified link object.

PhreeqcRunFile[file]
uses the default link object.

PHREEQC is a computer program for speciation, batch-reaction, one-dimensional transport and inverse geochemical calculations which is being developed at the USGS: https://wwwbrr.cr.usgs.gov/projects/GWC_coupled/phreeqc/
The following options can be given:
SelectedOutput False specifies whether a selected output table should be returned.
